The first Spanish restaurant in New Jersey opened in 1963 by our grandparents, Antonio and Estrella Martinez. They dreamed of bringing excellent Spanish cuisine to New Jersey. It was difficult introducing this new cuisine, but little did they know the effect it would have on dining in New Jersey.
At Spanish Pavillion Restaurant we take great pride in offering you an excellent dining experience. Our dishes are all made fresh to order, as we have a from scratch kitchen. Our décor is traditional with a modern flare and our menu is created using as much locally sourced produce and sustainable ingredients as possible.
Consistency & Sustainability
"We love food and we love our customers."
That’s why we want to be more than just another Spanish restaurant. We want to be your Spanish restaurant.
A place where you feel at home — surrounded by laughing friends, delicious food, and tasty beverages. Where you can rely on the freshest ingredients, one-of-a-kind recipes, and outstanding service.
A place where you know you’ll always be treated like family.
We’ve turned our kitchen nightmare into a dream — come to experience it!
Back in 2011, the Spanish Pavilion was featured on Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares.
While we had the typical difficult start expected on the show, Chef Ramsay was pleased with our progress and happy with his food and service when he visited us after filming.
If you like paella, you’ll love our other fish and seafood options.
We offer classics like a Surf and Turf with Filet Mignon and Brazilian Lobster Tail; a seafood medley featuring Lobster, Clams, Mussels, Shrimp, Scallops and Calamari covered in your choice of three sauces; and cooked-to-order Lobsters
